Is Bed leveling not working for anyone else?

This new DIY 3D printer kit is a result of a vast market research and hours of development and engineering. It is an open source project, which means this is a versatile product that you can build upon and make it your own.

To be honest,
im completely disapointed with this printer.
Every time i need to print something is a nightmare.
Bed leveling is simply a fake dream.
I bought the addon but it simply does not work or provides falty measurements.
To print something its like finetuning a piano every time we need to playit
Firmware completly outdated.
In the end... what could be potencially a good project and product... FAILS by software and support.
I just quitted.

Well, I experimented a bit furtehr and got much better (although far from perfect) results with auto bed leveling after releasing a bit of belt tension. On other forums I have read that too tight belts can really mess with ABL. I would not consider this fixed but at least I get pretty consistant results again.
