ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the case of disputes initiated by a consumer against a supplier of goods or a service provider concerning contractual obligations resulting from contracts for the purchase and sale or provision of services, concluded between the supplier of established goods and consumers resident in Portugal and in the European Union, the consumer can use a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.
In such case, in addition to the physical establishment being based in Aveiro, we have an online store, and therefore you should know that in case of dispute, as a rule, the competent Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center is the one  corresponding to the consumer’s home.
