Re: New Owner and some tweeks

Next stage is done now all fans mounted on one part that lifts off without any screws. No need to counter bore the heat blocks either just swap for pan head bolts. Just needs 1mm off the stl file as it catches the stop then I'll share the file https://s27.postimg.org/ijoe8krin/20170125_204947.jpg ht...

Re: Printing Holes Turn out Undersize

I need to print holes to install 16mm bearings so I need a square face for the outer race and a good fit to stop the bearing spinning

Re: New Owner and some tweeks

Yes I think they work well. Main thing is not having to take the nozzle mount blocks off the carriage saves time levelling each time the fans would be removed, and lets you tighten the bolts more securely especially if your using both extruders Also getting the bearing groove and feed tube aligned a...

Re: What modifications did you make?

i've posted about some changes i made about the screws, mostly so i don't alter the nozzel positions when i need the fans off. i'm also in the process of drawing up a printable bracket that the fans can hang on so they'll just lift off as a set but still work in progress

Re: Clogging or something else?

watch your Z screws whilst the head is moving left and right if there wizzing round then your setup is off, adjust the hight of one side or the other, and the level of the bed, i know it auto levels but the closer you get it to perfect the better the results
