Hi endeffect.

I also found this issue on another printer and we are looking at it. It seems to be something with Z axis and we will provide information on how to resolve it, ASAP.

Cannot get extruder motor to run. Swapped out the X cable to extruder and motor works fine. What should the setting be for E steps/mm? Hi Mikifles.

We know that some filaments are more problematic then others. For instance, some users on RepRap put some oil on the filament to avoid the blocks on the extruder.

Hi endeffect.

We know that some filament may have additives that can help to avoid extruder jams.

Also some users on RepRap refer that adding Canola oil to PLA helps to avoid this issue.

Seems you are using most recent version of Cura that we didn't tested yet. I hope you will be able to setup it correctly and print - if possible, then please share with us the settings you used.
