Re: z_min always triggered

I had a similar issue. It turned out the pin on the board went bad after a few weeks. I ran the end stop cable from the Z-min to the Z-Max on the board and then flipped pin 18 and 19 in the firmware. Been working since with out an issue. So in the pins_MKS_BASE.h file I changed these two lines: #def...

Re: Z Stop Always Triggered

I talked to Customer Service and they determined the board had a bad pin (the Z-Min port). So they had me plug the cable into the Z_Max on the board (the lowest port I believe) and then update the pin_MKS_BASE.h file in the Marlin firmware. The following lines got modified to this (the values are sw...

Re: Problems with HBP

In reagrds to the display, sounds like one of the issues I had when I powered mine on the first time. There is a small switch on the back of the LCD that controls the contrast. More details in this thread. Hope it helps.

[SOLVED] Z Stop Always Triggered

Been using my hBp for over a week and have had great success. However today when I changed the filament ran into an issue. The printer suddenly thinks th z-stop is constantly triggered, so if I use auto home, it goes up and does not lower. I have re-flashed the firmware with the current and previous...

Re: Heater Bed and Wiring

Thanks for the reply. Figured as much and would rather leave it alone since it keeps the under side of the heat bed nice and tidy.

[SOLVED] Heater Bed and Wiring

I am new to 3D printing and just finished building my Hello Bee Prusa. I had a quick noob question. On the heater bed the wires are taped down with a yellow transparent tape to the middle of the bed. Do I need to remove this or is it safe to leave alone? I assume that it should be okay, but figured ...
