Check the printer’s assembly manual and follow all the steps, taking into attention the notes and warnings present in it.

After assembly, and prior to the first print, you should consult printer’s the User Manual a implement all the calibrations and tuning in it, in order to get the best possible outcome from your printer.
You may have to repeat some of the calibration steps and tuning, later, to improve the printing quality and maintain the equipment’s performance.

The printing surface in your printer kit is made of glass. For good adhesion it must be free of any greases or other contaminants that might impede the material do stick to it.
take special attention the handling the glass bed, touching only in it’s extremities, avoiding the print area.
Do not print PETG directly over the glass surface. you should use an intermidiary material like hairspray or blue tape.

Apply WD40 oil in the filament filetr every 10-20 printing hours, the spounge should be soaked i the lubricant.
Run the “Cold Pull” procedure whenever you area exchaging materials, it’s recomended that the procedure should be run every continuous week use of the printer. The process should be repeated until the withdrawn filament is clear of residue.
Before every print you should ensure the cleanliness and preparation of the glass to minimize the possibility of adhesion failures.
Take special atention in the proper procedures to condition each kind of filament, insuring that it is not deteriorated or expired.

Run the “Cold Pull” procedure whenever you area exchaging materials, it’s recomended that the procedure should be run every continuous week use of the printer. The process should be repeated until the withdrawn filament is clear of residue.
Apply lubrication in all axes in order to reduce atrition, noises, oxidation e tear of the moving parts.
You should clean the glass with water and degreasing detergent in order to avoid excessive accumulation of adhesion material on the glass surface that conditions successful printing.
You should, with some regularity (at least every 3 months of using the equipment) review its structure and alignments following the procedures available in the user manual as well as review the tightness of all structural screws of the printer.

If you detect this in an early stage, access the LCD and select the option “Change filament”. Then cut all the parts on the filament that are marked by the extruder. Insert the filament again, use the option “Extrude more” if the filament has not yet been extruded after reloading, then select “Back” to continue printing.
If the extrusion issue is detected at an advanced stage of the printing process, you should cancel the print, using the option “Print”> “Cancel print” on the printer’s LCD and unload the filament, using the option “Maintenance”> “Change filament” available on the LCD.
Make sure that the sponge in the filament filter is completely filled in WD40. If not, this can lead to extrusion failures and / or clogging.
You should perform the cold pull process at least three times, or until the removed filament comes out without residues. For this you use the option “Maintenance”> “Cold pull” available on the LCD of the printer. This will remove leftovers from inside the nozzle and the melting zone of the printer.
Then load the filament and repeat the print.
If this process does not solve the extrusion issue, you can change the printer nozzle, as it probably must be clogged.

Make sure that the filament, when inserted in the extruders, easily enters the PTFE tube. You can test this by pressing the lever of the filament traction system. If you feel resistance at the entrance of the PTFE tube, the extruder traction system is misaligned from the tube entrance. You should slightly loosen the two screws that hold the extrusion motor. Then insert the filament through the extruder until it enters a few centimeters in the PTFE tube, then tighten the two fixing screws, maintaining the position of the extruder. Repeat the process until the filament enters the PTFE tube without difficulty.
Check if both ends of the PTFE tubes are cut in a perpendicular way to the tube. It is possible that these tips get damaged during transport / assembly, making it difficult to move the filament inside the PTFE tube. It is possible to solve this with an X-act, by removing 1mm of PTFE tube at each end.
Check that both ends of the PTFE tubes are completely inserted in the respective fixing raccords. It may be necessary to rotate the tube so that it completely enters the extruder dissipation block.
Confirm that the filament you are using is in good condition, that is not brittle or free from defects. If the filament shows problems, we do not recommend its use as this may involve disassembling the extrusion system to remove the damaged filament.

Ensure that the the USB cable is disconnected and is powered by the power supply. You can confirm the presence of a led light on the lower left corner of the power supply.
Check all the connections from the motors to the motherboard. There is a schematic plan of all connections in the assembly manual.
Try the same process on the other extruder and see if it works.
Repeat the “Self test wizard” through the LCD in “Machine settings”> “Self test wizard”.

If it is in the first layer of the printing process:
Following the steps in chapter 6.1 of the user manual, adjust the height of the first layer during the printing until it is correct.
A clog in the nozzle / melting zone can cause the skipping steps. To solve this, use at least three times the “Cold pull” option available on the printer’s LCD in “Maintenance”> “Cold pull”.
If the cold pull process does not help, you should change the nozzle.
If this happens on another layer except the first printing layer:
Make sure that the filament filter has the sponge completely soaked in WD40
Check if the printing profile you are using is suitable /configured for the filament you are using
During the printing process, check if the temperatures that appear on the LCD are stable or if they show sudden changes during printing (> 5ºC variation in 5 seconds). This may indicate a bad contact or a loose temperature sensor.
Select the filament change option available in “Print”> “Change filament”. Then, cut the parts where the filament is marked by the extruder. Insert the filament again, use the option “Extrude more”, if the filament has not yet been extruded after the new loading. After this, select “Back” to continue printing.
Test printing the same Gcode using another spool of filament to confirm that the source of the issue is not the filament used.
Confirm that the motherboard cooling fan is on whenever the printer is switched on.

Check all connections on the motherboard, paying particular attention to the motors, according to the printer’s assembly manual.
Loosen the Z engine couplers and lift the entire X carriage, so that the Z motor shaft is loose and completely visible. Try to move the Z again and check how the motors act. If both work correctly, the movement issue probably comes from some blocking caused during the assembly of the X carriage.
Review the assembly of the X carriage and confirm that it is likewise the assembly manual, and also confirm that the set moves easily on the Z axis.
Repeat the “Self test wizard” in the LCD in “Machine settings”> “Self test wizard”.

Check if the tape that says “Fragile do not rotate”,on the auto leveling engine, has been removed.
Check if there is something holding the arm movement.
Make sure that the wiring in the auto leveling is connected according to the assembly manual.

Check if the heating element connections are the way it shows in the assembly manual.
Confirm if the connections of all temperature sensors are the way it shows in the assembly manual.
Check if the hotend temperature sensors are correctly fitted into the heating blocks.
Make sure that none of the cables is stretched or crushed, since this may cause intermittent contact.

Lubricate the axis as shown in the user manual.
Check if the X Y belt tension is too weak, or in turn, too strong.
Check the pulleys of the specific axis. The drive pulley must be firmly attached to the motor shaft and the free pulley should be able to rotate without any effort.
In the LCD, access “Machine setting”> “Motion”> “Trinamic settings”> “Sensorless Homing”> “Auto adjust” and let the axis auto leveling process end.

Lubrifacte the axis and the rods, as shown in the user manual.
Check if the couplers are assembled according to the assembly instructions. Notice that you must tighten the 4 screws of the coupler gradually so that it does not become tensioned by the pressure of the key.
Repeat the leveling / alignment process explained in the user manual.

Check if the connection of two LCD cables is the way i tis shown in the assembly manual. Pay particular attention to the cables sequence.

Print via SDcard, in case you’re printing via USB.
Test the same Gcode, using other SDcard with at least class 10 speed.
Format the SCcard using the “SDcard Formatter” app, available here:
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/

Turn off the printer, remoive the “power loss detection” board ( a small black board on the left side of the motherboard) and try printing again.

Confirm that the connection of the filament sensors is the way it shows in the assembly instructions.
Check if the cable is connected in the correct orientation. The connector connected to the motherboard should have the brown cable on the left (when we see the motherboard from the front). If not, the cable probably is inverted, that is, the connector connected to the sensor should be connected to the motherboard and vice versa.

Confirm all wiring connections and make sure they are as indicated in the assembly manual.
Confirm that the plug, where the printer is connected, has power.
Check if the voltage defined in the power supply is equal to the voltage of the power line. (110V countries only).
Check if the fuse in the power supply is damaged.
Remove all cables and connections from the motherboard, and leave only the LCD and power on. Test again

Confirm that the motherboard cooling fan is on, whenever the printer is switched on.
See if there are no detached / lifted parts on the printing bed that may have caused a collision. If that was the case, you should prepare printing surface again.
Confirm the belt tension, ensuring that they have enough tension so that the motor movement is accurate, but beware not to leave them with excess tension.
Check the pulleys of that specific axis. The drive pulley must be firmly attached to the motor shaft and the free pulley must be able to rotate without any effort.
Check if the bearings of that specific axis are not too tight, blocking their movement.
