Hello lacaca,

The bearings are usualy a little tighter out of the box and need some run time to loosen up, nonetheless the printer includes a extra bearing, try changing the bearings around trying on which work on which rod, if you find it really stuck you can try cleaning them out with isopropyl alcohol and then lubing with grease as you mentioned. If necessary contact customer_service@beeverycreative.com so they can give you some help.

As for the problem you report with the motors that usually happens when you overtighten them, ripping the screw threads from the motor. The fastest solution is using a bigger screw so it can grab more of the thread, if the screw is too long use some washers to make up the required space. The motors do not need to be extremely tight as the powder coating on the frame helps them stay in place.
