I have some problem with my beethefirst "old" model. The printer stopped extruding in the middle of a print, and after looking in to it, it seems that the extruder motor have stopped moving. I have tried to reset both the beesoft and the printer but without any results. Would love to have some fresh eyes looking in to it!
Attached is a video of the printer when i try to extrude:

With regular use the planetary gearbox inside the extruder motor can wear away, resulting in the extruder not being able to push the filament, to fix it usually we recommend sending the printer to Beeverycreative as it only happens to printers with some wear that require some extra maintenance in order to restore to proper working condition.
From your video it appears that is what happened as you can hear the motor electrical coils making some noise but the motor shaft does not move.
