i have a problem with my hello bee prusa . the extruder stops in the first layer again and again ..... any help plz

Hi @jimis07,
The first thing I would check is if the nozzle temperature is correct (depends on the material but I would say that at 200ºC it should be able to extruded consistently).
Can you try to pre-heat the extruder, load some filament, check if it is flowing properly and then start a print and monitor the extruder temperature for a while?

Hello Jimis07,

As tgala stated check the nozzle temperature you are using, also I would recommend you take a good look at the document present here:
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=784

It contains a compilation of the most common assembly errors and also some maintenance tips that improve printing, I had problems before I followed that guide.

Also there are some brands of PLA that print very badly unless they are oiled!
