End stop lever x/y bad printed

Post by lorenzo.pentassuglia » 12 Jun 2018, 19:37

Hello everybody,
I've buyed a Bee very creative prusa 3d printer, and I'm following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EALdMe2 ... e=youtu.be
At one point of the video the instructor assemble an "end stop lever x/y", but mine (which was included in the box"printed parts") is bad printed: it appears that has take a blow during the printing process.
Please see the attachment for more infos.

Hello Lorenzo,

please contact customer_service@beeverycreative.com and explain the situation, I'm pretty sure they will send you a new part :)

from the picture it appears the printer had a step loss while printing.
