Can you please check your retraction setting distance.
I have found 2mm is OK.
Any more and the filament get "hammering" on the against the nozzle hot end.

One little tip to check this very easily in future.
Put a mark of tipex on the belt in line with the screw, any slipping will be evident very easily.

Reduce the rapid speed in Travel Speed. Less than 300 should be ok.

It sounds like your drivers may be burned out / fried. Sorry.
Swap them out for known good working one and see if that moves the axis.

Thanks, Was a very interesting and time consuming project. Print time total hrs @50 over a two week peroid. Cleaning and preparation time @8hrs, some finer details did have minor stringing. Hi, Have you changed any settings? or wiring?
Have you accidentally re-set the home offsett for Y for the centre of the bed?
Do you have a backup of the settings that last worked.
Can you re-install the firmware as a last resort.
