This is a common error on the "standard settings". The best fix i found that made the biggest difference is the retract settings. retract speed = 20mm/s retract dist = 2mm IF the distance is higher this causes the filament to keep "hammering" against the hotend causing the bulbus end to block the no...

Hi Benji, sorry for the long reply. Pls see these two pics showing the wiring connections. Brown = +5v Blue = -5v Black = sense wire attached to the Z axis end stop switch, (yellow wire) Make sure the connections are good. Please test before fitting permanant. No not at all, intact the flow will be greater due to smaller passage. No noticeable difference. The reason why the sensor is located here maximise that X axis travel.
