Re: Installation on raspberry

Hi! Unfortunately BEESOFT only supports the BEETHEFIRST line of printers (BEETHEFIRST, BEETHEFIRST+, BEETHEFIRST+A, BEEINSCHOOL, BEEINSCHOOL A). The helloBEEprusa is not supported because it is targeted at makers and thinkerers and it was designed to give the user a broader choice of software and ha...

Re: Beethefirst LED lighting not work.

Hi F@ri4!
Is it just the LEDs that don't work or is the whole printer having problems?
Sometimes the LEDs go bad after a while, unfortunately. Have you tried contacting customer support (

Re: [SOLVED] Change Simple Firmware Settings

Can I suggest you upload your changes to a github repository? Or create a patch (using diff for all files) from the original repository so we can quickly apply the modifications?

Re: Axis issue?

Hi Mário! It looks like one of the cables from the motor might have broken. Ususally when that happens, the movement becomes noisy and intermitent (because only one of the phases is switching and the other phase is physically disconnected due to the broken cable). I suggest you troubleshoot this pro...

Re: two extrsuion/color print

Hi! By the looks of it I'm guessing the extruders are not perfectly parallel to the bed - one extruder is higher than the other and that causas a gap when transitioning from black to white but not the other way around. Again, this is just a guess. I think there is a guide or a video (or a forum post...

Re: Heat bed only reaching 62 / 100

Hey Matthew, Sorry about that LED thing, I'm used to work with several printers and some of them have a little LED to see if the bed is on, despite this, there is an LED on the control board that tells you if the bed is receiving power - the LED is labeled D11 and should be near the bed connector. W...

Re: Problem filaments

Hello guillaume, That is a really strange issue! Sometimes the different batches of filament come out a little different from each other and I think that might be one of the problems there, so as Geoffrey said, try adding a little canola oil to the filament (some people pass the filament through a l...
