Re: You are too loud! Now, you're vibrating too much.

So he's definitely gone a bit quieter.
I only have a few areas that are very vibrating - but I can't locate them exactly.
Seems to be the X-axis but I don't know spontaneously which of the screws I should tighten even tighter. An idea?

Thanks for the help before! :!:

[SOLVED] Jumping stepper motor wheels

I have a problem with the stepper motors of the extruders for a few weeks now. It happens with some filaments that this "jumps" as if it were stuck. The filament is only partially conveyed. There is enough pressure, but something seems to prevent the flow, so that the stepping motor wheel always jum...

Re: You are too loud! Now, you're vibrating too much.

So, after a quick response from the support team, it is not recommend to use only steppers for the x-y-z axes. Of course, my main focus was a quieter version of the hpb - the quality is good enough. But now, I ordered some new driver (you only get 5pcs cheap and quick enough). They will come to me t...

Re: You are too loud! Now, you're vibrating too much.

Man, I hate these kind of days! So, one of the drivers is burned after I set it in the new board - but this was the driver, which I put in the wrong direction - so, ya - 4 to go. But, what do I have to change, if only the extruders should use the old drivers? I would only change X-Y-Z. Is it than #d...

Re: I need a gcode pro!

The first Code went very well.

But after that issue with the driver, I first need another board.

Re: You are too loud! Now, you're vibrating too much.

Damn! I checked them but was so in a hurry... Yep, in this case, I need another board. But can I buy any MKS Gen V1.2 Board right? Without stepper, it cost 22€ - seems okay so far. Re: You are to loud! Now, you're vibrating too much.

Hello Mic, If you want a cheaper alternative: - Change the fan on the PSU to a 120mm fan - Buy some A4988 step sticks, altough not nearly as silent as the Trinamic drivers they are much cheaper and are much better than the default DRV8825 So, I buyed the A4988 step sticks - do I have to change some...
