Re: [COMMUNITY] Filament drying container
In my opinion a little bit overdone. Only for the storage of your filament I have bought two boxes and insert silica gel.

Re: Wood filament
1. The spool must be able to rotate smoothly. Make a spool holder, hanging or rolling type, doesn't matter. 2. Can you easily push the nozzle through the nozzle? 3. Make sure that the yellow gear at the extruder not too tight. 4. Make sure that you use the settings of the Filament: Printer: Prusa i3...

Re: Wood filament
At first why do you use the .6mm nozzle instead of the standard .4mm. The only reason I can imagine is that you can print faster for larger objects, with loss of quality.

Re: Wood filament
Use the same settings as PLA. Wood filament is PLA with 20-30% wood and feels like rough.

Re: Problems
You mean the 3D printer stops extruding mid-print?

Re: Dual extrusion on Cura 2.5
Hello, yesterday I have printed the eiffel tower. Normally I print with retraction distance: 1.5mm and restraction speed: 15mm/sec., printing time 6:30h. When I changed the retraction speed to 25mm/sec, the printing time reduced with an hour and 10 minutes! I have succesfully printed the eiffel towe...

Re: Tape below Build Plate Structure
De tape gewoon laten zitten, het is bestand tegen de hoge temperaturen van het verwarmde bed

Re: Bed temperature too low
For a better adhesion, at first level your bed using a piece of paper between the nozzle and bed. If that doesn't work, cover the bed with a thin layer of gluestick.
A very good solution against warping is reduce the printingspeed and print temperature. I print at 195-200C while using PLA.
