Files for Cura 2 1 1 testing

Post by TimothyGluse » 23 Feb 2019, 10:46

How can I test a file to see if it is case hardend and not good for forging. Are there any name brand files known for using 1095 steel or suitable for forging?

Unfortunately that article doesnt tell how to set up a Trinus printer profile in Cura. Yes, I definitely know the settings for Cura well I have been using it with a Prusa printer that I got while waiting for the Trinus to come out. However, it isnt the individual print settings needed, but a printer profile. Yes, I can use the same files that I use on my Prusa with my Trunis and the print wonderfully . . . off the right side of the bed since the bed is a bit less than a quarter of the size of my Prusa.

Sincerely,
Scott
