I started doing the calibrarion offset Z and after I turn off the printer and adjust the nozzles the little thing on the backup doesnt come all the way down, stops até the middle.

Hi @aarturcastro,
Please make sure the cables have some slack. Under some conditions the cables might block the movement of the calibration arm (the little thing on the back) and that may have some disastrous consequences.
Do an "Auto-level" procedure and make sure the calibration arm fully extends and retracts during the procedure. If the arm stops mid-way, the printer won't know it has reached the limit and will smash the extruder against the glass bed, breaking the servo arm! If you notice that arm hasn't fully extended, please turn the printer off imeadiately (!!!) and contact customer support.
