exact size of glass bed

I haven't received the printer yet, but want to order a replacement glass bed now, and I need to know the exact dimensions, or the biggest dimension the glass can have.

I want to replace the original glass with a Sitall glass. It's is the most amazing print bed I have ever used.
Heat it to 90 degrees, and absolutely everything will glue to it as if it was glued with epoxy. cool it down to 70 and it slides away as if the surface was made of ice.

Also, what glass is being shipped? normal, tempered, borosilicate, porous?

Hello finas,

Never heard of sital glass, where do you buy it from, I would like to experiment with it.

As for the original glass, it is normal glass on a size of 304x216 (Try to get one as close as possible to these dimensions in order to fit corretly, especially on the 304 measure, as 305 can collide with the bed's screws). The material is normal glass, it was used as other kinds were much more expensive and did not present any significant improvements, being even more brittle when heated.

Best regards

I bought mine from here:

http://unique3d.ru/en/shop/sitallovoe-s ... 300x213mm/

it can be custom cut to size:

http://unique3d.ru/en/productcategory/s ... dual-size/

it is very expensive for a piece of glass, but to be honest, my time is more expensive than that.

more info:

I haven't found a cheaper source for it, unfortunately.
