here is the official taulman recomendation for the bed

Print Bed =

Cold = BuildTak with coat of PVA

Hot = Glass heated to 45C with coat of PVA

It got to be a mechanical problem most likely with the nut, because its spinning loose, that cannot happen, its even impossible, it should bump against the axis connector and jam the movement. To solve the problem faster I would dismantle the x axis and verify the connection between the nut and the ...

The biggest flaw in cura its the supports, sometimes it doesn´t do them right, you can use instead slic3r but only for single printand not dual (dual is paid). Most problably you don't have enough pressure on the filament. Try to add some more pressure on the screw so it can press the filament with enough strenght against the motor pulley
